In the Waters of Life is the SCALE OF JUSTICE, indicating that the movements, actions and reactions of the Physical Body are based in Energy.

• Transcendent Proverb: "I knew you by hearing about them; but now my eyes see you and my heart feels you." As an element of prediction, it promises freedom and restrictions, new experiences, acquisition of useful teachings, love and meetings; journeys of unachieved prosperity, good friends and bad friends, beings and things that come and go, the first to accompany, the second to return.

• Astrological and Kabbalistic references: Jupiter, Mercury in Virgo and Aries. THE HIERARCH in the act of distributing the grace of his ministry. It’s a symbol of the mystery of the living fire that infuses and spreads throughout the card. It represents the principle of divine light, the light that gives life, universal religion, initiation into sacred rites.

• ESOTERIC MEANING OF THE ARCANE: The number 5 is grand, sublime, it is the number of rigor and Law, it’s the number of Mars and war.

•  Major Arcana N.º 5 of the Tarot tells us: THE TEACHING, the Karma, the EXPLANATION. It symbolizes the 5th Cycle, the 5th Race, the 5th Sun, the 5 Tatwas, the 5 Fingers, the 5 gospels, the 5 senses, the 5 cavities of the brain and ovary, the 5 ASPECTS OF THE DIVINE MOTHER.

• On the Mental Plane it represents Law and Freedom, teaching and knowledge, mastery of passions and identification with oneself and others.
